I cannot express enough how Servicemaster came to our rescue when our boiler cracked and my basement flooded horribly. They were at my house within 2 hours on a Friday night and stayed till it was cleaned out and emptied helping me through the entire process moving all my items, cleaning up the water and so on. They came back all weekend to check on the fans etc. Nothing short of amazing! Michael and his crews are top notch! I would use them again in a heartbeat! The experience I had with your team surpassed my expectations, and I believe it is crucial to acknowledge the commendable work you do.

With water steadily streaming into the basement, we called ServiceMaster. Chris R was at our house quickly, and professionally assessed, gave us his plan for cleanup and mold fix, and had a team to us within 2 days to begin cleanup. The team was professional, efficient, and had a strong plan to help us, with clean up, drying out, and mold remediation. Both Chris R and General Manager John K were attentive, checking in often, and were very flexible to accommodate our remediation expert's advice, more rain along the way, and our endless questions. They were absolutely super, did a great job while managing multiple other jobs, with great service. We hope never to have to call again (!) But if we are ever in this situation again, we would not hesitate to bring these guys back. Big thank you to John, Chris and the team.

My dad is 97 and lives at home with a full time caregiver. There was an electrical fire at the house that destroyed his bedroom and made the house uninhabitable due to smoke damage. After contacting the insurance company, the ServiceMaster rep was there the next day and their crew started the very next day. They anticipated all of the needs of this job, including the interruption of electricity and running water, and had a crew of 5 to 7 people working on it immediately. The job was completed in 5 working days. I live in another state and the Service Master Rep, Andrew, kept me updated every day and met me at the site on two occasions to answer my every question and go over every detail. The entire team was very professional, responsive and friendly. Great job!"

We had a sewage back up in our downstairs bathroom into the basement. Once we contacted ServiceMaster, Chris and his team were efficient at removing the wet and damaged materials as well as cleaning and sanitizing before mold set in. Still completing the drying process with several air movers and a dehumidifier down there. They are scheduled to be picked up tomorrow. Considering the circumstances, we are pleased with their service so far. Chris has been great at communicating with us. They were up front about pricing so we knew what to expect.

I am so impressed with this company! Their response time was super quick - from responding to my initial call to coming out to assess to providing an estimate and arriving to complete the service. Chris is awesome - he’s friendly and professional and so humble. The crew was extremely kind and went above and beyond. Took great care in keeping my home clean. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
