Tile and Grout Cleaning Services

Kitchen, Bath and Floor Grout Cleaning

tile squaresWe professionally clean all types of tile and grout whether it’s kitchen floors, bathroom floors, showers, or tile walls. We will not only clean your tile and grout, but we can also seal it to help keep it clean and resistant to dirt and stains.

It’s hard work, cleaning tile and grout. Grout is a porous material, so it will absorb spills, dirt, and grime making it difficult to clean. Regular mopping won't clean grout, particularly dirt and grime that lies deep within it.

Professional Grout Cleaning Services

Make your floors shine and restore the luster to your tile, and thoroughly clean grout.

Deep cleaning, using advanced equipment and specialized techniques will save you time and effort, and restore your surfaces.

Our grout cleaning service technicians have experience cleaning everything from greasy kitchen tile floors to dirty bathroom tile and grout. We can remove dirt, grime, soap scum, mold, and mildew. We can clean ceramic, porcelain, stone, and more from kitchens, bathrooms, countertops, and any other tiled area of your home.

Grout cleaning is one of our many professional deep cleaning services for homes and commercial settings.

How often should I clean my tile floors?

How often a tile floor or tile and grout should be cleaned depends on a number of factors, primarily usage.

If the location gets a lot of foot traffic, or if you have children or pets, you may need to clean the grout and tile more frequently.

How long do you have to wait for the sealant to dry?

You should wait to walk on a floor that has been treated with a sealant for at least 30 minutes.

It takes a full day or 24 hours for sealants to fully cure, so you should avoid letting the floor get wet during that time or any liquid spills.

How long does it take to clean a tile floor?

The average room (up to 300 square feet) would take 30-60 minutes to clean, but this is just a guide.

There are a number of factors that will impact the amount of time to clean tile and grout, including the amount of soil and stains in the grout lines, and configuration.

If you have a sealant applied, this will add to the time.

Should have your grout sealed?

The answer is that it depends on the type of grout. Not every type of grout needs to be sealed. Epoxy grout doesn't need to be sealed, but unsealed tiles or stone, for example, should be sealed.

Grout is porous and will absorb and spills, soil and grime. Applying a sealant to the grout will help to protect it, and help to prevent anything from being absorbed.

Your technician can make a recommendation based on your particular situation and needs.

What should I use to clean my tile after the sealant is applied?

To help your sealant last, we suggest you avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners, including bleach, on your tile and grout as they will make the grout sealant weaken and breakdown.
