With water steadily streaming into the basement, we called ServiceMaster. Chris R was at our house quickly, and professionally assessed, gave us his plan for cleanup and mold fix, and had a team to us within 2 days to begin cleanup. The team was professional, efficient, and had a strong plan to help us, with clean up, drying out, and mold remediation. Both Chris R and General Manager John K were attentive, checking in often, and were very flexible to accommodate our remediation expert's advice, more rain along the way, and our endless questions. They were absolutely super, did a great job while managing multiple other jobs, with great service. We hope never to have to call again (!) But if we are ever in this situation again, we would not hesitate to bring these guys back. Big thank you to John, Chris and the team.

Mike and his team are extremely professional, on time and responsive. We had a full house clean (post construction), all windows cleaned, carpets cleaned and out door power washing. Mike came out and estimated the project and walked us through each service. He would personally check the quality of each service himself and made sure all services were done to our satisfaction. Donna the officer manager is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Mike the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. We recently had our kitchen drain back up after a heavy rain. The kitchen was a mess- John was here with his team , cleaning up in a heart beat!! They were extremely timely, professional and could not have been nicer! I also needed our family room rug cleaned as it got wet as well…. When the rug came back it looked brand new! John and his team got the rug back within a weeks time and it never looked better! I can’t recommend them more- they are “on my Rolodex” for life!!
