Mike and his team are extremely professional, on time and responsive. We had a full house clean (post construction), all windows cleaned, carpets cleaned and out door power washing. Mike came out and estimated the project and walked us through each service. He would personally check the quality of each service himself and made sure all services were done to our satisfaction. Amazing service and a very professional team! They assisted with an extensive deep cleaning. Very attentive to detail and got the job done very well. Great customer service and very understanding with scheduling. They deep cleaned 5 bathrooms in my home include tubs, showers, and toilets. They made sure kitchen and the bedrooms were cleaned and left smelling and looking great. They did an amazing job and took time to make sure everything was perfectly clean. The team was on time and very professional. Very good with following COVID safety protocols and making sure everything was left immaculate. Highly recommend. Starting with scheduling and a price quote, and through the process of cleaning, Service Master provided outstanding service. They did a great job on my couches and cushions and are very competitively priced. Communication was particularly good, whether by phone or email and response time was quick. The company is aptly named!

I was faced with the painful task of having a close family member’s home cleaned out after she passed away. It was a very serious hoarder situation, so the utmost of care and sensitivity was needed. ServiceMaster is a top notch service. They were hired to clean a 40 year old commercial range at my residence. The crew did a great job. Additionally they were polite and happy and a pleasure to be around all day.!I highly recommend.

ServiceMaster has been a part of my household for close to 25 years. We are all on a first-name basis...even our dogs! They are simply the best in every aspect of a business organization. The owners, the gentlemen who come to rescue me, whether from the bad behavior of my dogs...or to simply freshen up all my interior carpets and rugs. Always prompt, always so pleasant. They are an indispensable part of maintaining my home...They are not a 5-star organization, perhaps a 10! 

A+++ service. I had a two month old coffee stain in a rug that I continuously made worse over my numerous attempts to clean. I used baking soda & vinegar, I used 409, I used a wet vac with bissel rug cleaner… it got browner and more matted with each attempt.

I called ServiceMaster and they had their crew at my house two days later. I forget their names, but very nice guys. Instead of just cleaning the roughly 2’x2’ stain like I hoped, they did the entire 18’ rug. The entire rug now looks and feels brand new and the coffee stain is miraculously gone. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We recently had our kitchen drain back up after a heavy rain. The kitchen was a mess- John was here with his team , cleaning up in a heart beat!! They were extremely timely, professional and could not have been nicer! I also needed our family room rug cleaned as it got wet as well…. When the rug came back it looked brand new! John and his team got the rug back within a weeks time and it never looked better! I can’t recommend them more- they are “on my Rolodex” for life!!

My recent experience with ServiceMaster was excellent! The team was extremely thorough with my duct cleaning and was also very careful with everything in my home. They wore booties, covered all the furniture and floors, and even put bumpers on the corners and window sills so the hoses wouldn't come in contact with any surface. I will definitely have them back for other services - most likely carpet cleaning next!

I couldn't have asked for a better company to come out and fix my issue. I had an emergency with a rental property and my basement toilet overflowed into multiple rooms of carpeting. Robert and his team came out asap. I called other companies and there was a few days wait. This is an emergency, I needed someone to come out immediately. Thank goodness Service Master was able to accommodate me. They came out the next day, remediated the entire area and was out without disturbing my tenants. The best part was they dealt with the insurance company directly. I didn't have to do anything but make a call. They took care of everything. Highly recommended.

I recently had the baseboards cleaned by ServiceMaster in my rental property. Bear in mind that they hadn't been touched in the 14 years that I've lived here so they were quite dirty and clogged with pet hair, etc. I got two estimates (the other company will remain nameless) to have the job done and I ultimately chose ServiceMaster. The main reason I chose them is that I have severe allergies. Mike Vitti, the company president came to the house and after viewing the situation explained the cleaning procedure in detail. They use a HEPA filter vacuum in conjunction with compressed air to clean the baseboards and set up an air scrubber to clean the particles in the air of each room while they work. The guys arrived on time with the owner, Scott, quickly set up and very efficiently began. The guys were kind, polite, fastidious about their work and when they finished, it was like the baseboards had been installed anew! I was so impressed that I wanted to post this recommendation out to the community. I will definitely use them again.... HIGHLY recommended!
