Yesterday, Jose, Ricardo and Nolan showed up to clean our HVAC. Immediately, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company, why? The first thing they did was lay down tarp and put on booties. They were able to haul this very heavy machine up the “attic” stairs to 2nd floor and to the air handler and then the process began. This is not a big house. Imagine that not one of the photos hanging on the walls of these stairs was ever dislodged. Of course I envisioned all this dust falling thru the vents - wrong! All the vents were taped off and all the cleaning is done from the air handler. They were also able to pull a thin hose through the upstairs window. One or two of the vents needed special handling and all was done without any dirt or dust. It was a pleasure to have this service done without any upset to the home, furnishings, window treatments, etc. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking about having your HVAC ducts cleaned out. Oh, not sure if this is a coincidence, but I swear the house smells cleaner after having this done. And a thank you to Jessica (office personnel) for her help - very professional and a good representative for this company. I look forward to working with ServiceMaster for all my cleaning needs in the future.

Servicemaster in Stamford is fantastic! The office confirmed our appointment with short notice and sent a very professional team to our home for a recent gutter cleaning on our main house and detached garage. Care was taken to protect our new roof, gutters, porch, deck and steps. All debris was removed and any cleansing/rinsing was performed as necessary. It is so comforting to know that we can trust this business to be thorough and safe around our home, even if we are not present. The team took before and after photos and was very kind and professional (shout-out to Ricardo and Jose S.). I highly recommend Servicemaster of Stamford as a lifelong resident of Stamford.

I spilled a glass of red wine on my beige/white area rug late on a Saturday, and Mike returned my call that same night! Our hot water heater died and flooded our basement Saturday night. I called Service Master and Chris came with 2 guys who got rid of the water and set up fans and dehumidifiers. He came back Wednesday with 2 different men who were just as helpful and friendly as the first two. We have a dog and everyone who came in gave him attention and were very nice to him. You can’t go wrong with a company that does great work and hires dog lovers!
