Mike and his team are extremely professional, on time and responsive. We had a full house clean (post construction), all windows cleaned, carpets cleaned and out door power washing. Mike came out and estimated the project and walked us through each service. He would personally check the quality of each service himself and made sure all services were done to our satisfaction. A+++ service. I had a two month old coffee stain in a rug that I continuously made worse over my numerous attempts to clean. I used baking soda & vinegar, I used 409, I used a wet vac with bissel rug cleaner… it got browner and more matted with each attempt.

I called ServiceMaster and they had their crew at my house two days later. I forget their names, but very nice guys. Instead of just cleaning the roughly 2’x2’ stain like I hoped, they did the entire 18’ rug. The entire rug now looks and feels brand new and the coffee stain is miraculously gone. I couldn’t be more pleased.

They did a great job on my couches and cushions and are very competitively priced. Communication was particularly good, whether by phone or email and response time was quick. The company is aptly named!

We recently had our kitchen drain back up after a heavy rain. The kitchen was a mess- John was here with his team , cleaning up in a heart beat!! They were extremely timely, professional and could not have been nicer! I also needed our family room rug cleaned as it got wet as well…. When the rug came back it looked brand new! John and his team got the rug back within a weeks time and it never looked better! I can’t recommend them more- they are “on my Rolodex” for life!!

The owners, the gentlemen who come to rescue me, whether from the bad behavior of my dogs...or to simply freshen up all my interior carpets and rugs. Always prompt, always so pleasant. They are an indispensable part of maintaining my home...They are not a 5-star organization, perhaps a 10! 

Today ServiceMaster came to shampoo our carpets and clean our air ducts. The ServiceMaster team was was professional, courteous, punctual and all-around terrific. I've already requested more of their services. They are just what I've been looking for! Highly recommend.
